A mixture of spinach, sautéed mushroom and Swiss cave-aged Gruyere cheese that is bound together in a smooth egg custard and topped with a blend of roasted garlic and Asiago cheese. Perfect for brunch or a light lunch with a salad. Remember, as with all our prepared entrees, allow to rest and settle for 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
