*PERISHABLE* Made from our own blend of North Dakota hard winter wheat (durum) Semolina and whole unbleached spring whole wheat mixed with fresh eggs and water for flavorful rustic taste and texture. Can be cooked to an al dente texture in just 1.5 to 2 minutes. Combine with one of our rich strong flavored sauces for quick, delicious and inexpensive meal the whole family will enjoy. High fiber content.
