Fresh Ravioli Kit

Our Basil pasta is made from our own blend of North Dakota hard winter wheat (durum) flour and Semolina mixed with fresh eggs, water and basil.

Our Marinara sauce is made from tomatoes, onions, extra virgin olive oil, fresh garlic, fresh parsley, bell peppers, spices and salt.

Our Parmigiano Reggiano is a traditional, unpasteurized, hard cheese made from cow's skimmed milk in the Emilia Reggio area of Italy. Sweet and fruity in aroma and pale yellow in color. 

Our Ricotta is real old fashioned hand dipped ricotta made daily from hormone free whole milk, cream, vinegar and salt. Smooth, creamy, silky texture and taste.
