We spent a lot of time developing this dish. Layers of fresh pasta, mushrooms, shallots, garlic, parsley in a mushroom flavored béchamel sauce, covered with an Asiago-breadcrumb topping. This mushroom lover’s fantasy can be prepared in a conventional oven. We must warn you, this dish could become addictive. Remember, as with all our large prepared entrees, allow to rest and settle for at least 30minutes before serving.
