Contains: 1 lb Creste di Gallo fresh pasta, 8 oz container Roasted Red Pepper pesto, 8 oz Fresh Mozzarella
Cook fresh pasta for about 3 minutes in boiling water. Drain and toss with 8 oz of Roasted Pepper Pesto. Slice and cube 2 pieces of the fresh mozzarella. Toss in with pasta and pesto. Serve at room temperature or chilled.
