Holiday Recovery Stir-Fry

You're not the only one who may have over-indulged on turkey and pie last week. With that in mind, we have a light and simple stir-fry recipe to share. Pick up Capone Foods packaged frozen veggies, a pint of chicken stock, and fresh pasta for a weeknight dinner that's easy on the wallet and the stomach.

Capone Foods Holiday Recovery Stir-Fry


2 packages Capone Foods stir-fry veggies

1 package Capone Foods Fresh Egg Vermicelli

1 pt Capone Foods Chicken Stock

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 tbsp soy sauce

Vegetable oil


1. Bring a pot of water to boil and cook the vermicelli for 2-3 minutes. Drain and set aside.

2. In a large pan or wok, heat your vegetable oil and add your garlic and veggies. Season with salt and fry, stirring, until veggies are heated through.

3. Toss in vermicelli and cook for 2-3 minutes.

4. Add chicken stock and soy sauce and stir to combine. Season with ginger powder, if desired. Cook on medium-low heat until mixture thickens.

Serve and enjoy!
