Mix and Match Spring Pasta Salads

Here are some quick and simple pasta salad ideas using our fresh pasta and sauces.  This mix and match chart should give you plenty of options.  Simply pick one item from each of our three catagories, mix, chill and serve!  

Here are a couple examples: Lemon Fettucine, Basil Pesto and Artichoke Hearts OR Shells, Roasted Pepper Pesto and Fresh Mozzarella

 All of these items can be found at both our Somerville and Cambridge locations.

   

PASTA   

SAUCE/DRESSING

ADD INS

Rotini (12oz.) Basil Pesto (6oz.) Vinegar Peppers (6-8oz.)
Creste de Gallo (12oz.) Sun Dried Tomato Pesto (6oz.) Fresh Mozzarella (6-8oz.)
Shells (12oz.) Roasted Red Pepper Pesto (6oz.) Chopped Cornichons (6-8oz.)
Rigatoni (12 oz.) Vinaigrette (oil, vinegar, mustard) (8oz.) Atichoke Hearts (6-8oz.)
Lemon Fettucine (16oz.) Ratatouille (16oz.) Sun Dried Tomatoes (6-8oz.)
Fregole (6oz.) Mushroom Pesto (6oz.) Tuna Packed in Oil (6-8oz.)
Aged Gouda Tortellini (12oz.) Broccoli Florets (6-8oz.)
French Feta (6-8oz.)

                                                                                                                               

Cook the pasta according to directions.  Drain well.  Toss with sauce or dressing and chosen "add in".  Chill before serving.
