Durum wheat flour with ricotta cheese, butter and chives formed into tiny pillows. Much lighter than potato gnocchi and a lot lower in carbohydrates. Top them with one of our tomato sauces and some Parmesan or Pecorino Romano cheeses. Or try them with stewed chicken for a type of chicken & dumpling dish.
