We begin with onions and red bell peppers sautéed in extra virgin olive oil until they are tender, sweet, and bursting with flavors. Then we add spinach, carrots, zucchini, broccoli and cauliflower and blend in a mushroom béchamel sauce. For added flavor, the lasagna is topped with a thin layer of our Plum Tomato and Basil sauce, Asiago cheese and bread crumbs. This very flavorful lasagna can be prepared in a microwave or conventional oven. Remember, as with all our prepared entrees, allow to rest and settle for 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
