Shipping Choices and Transit Times*

Most orders are shipped via UPS. When placing an order, you will have a choice of up to six different UPS shipping methods.

Shipping Rates 
Shipping charges are determined by a calculation of the weight, volume and destination of your order. When you place an order, you will have a choice of different shipping options and costs.**
** Products marked “PERISHABLE” must be shipped via NEXT DAY service.

New England States Transit Times 
In the following areas, orders are shipped by UPS GROUND and arrive the following day. If your order containing "PERISHABLE ITEMS" is going to any of these areas, you may not need to use NEXT DAY AIR SERVICE.
Massachusetts all areas except islands
New Hampshire all areas
Vermont all areas
Connecticut all areas
Rhode Island all areas
Maine all areas except Zip codes beginning with 044/046/047/049
New York Manhattan only

All products marked “PERISHABLE” must be shipped using NEXT DAY service. Except for most of New England and New York areas listed above.
We can not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses or outside of the United States. For Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico, please call for rates. Tel: 617-629-2296
We normally ship on: Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesday . Shipments for Saturday Deliveries require an additional fee of $25.00 per package, have a limited service area and must be shipped using NEXT DAY service. Call for more information.

Satisfaction Guaranteed
If you are not satisfied with any of our products, we will replace or refund them.

If you wish to return products, we accept returns within 15 days of shipping. Return the product to: Capone Foods 14 Bow St. Somerville, MA 02143 via UPS or Parcel Post (keep your receipt to track your package). Insure package for full value. All items must be returned. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Shipping charges will be applied to exchange orders. If a product is damaged or defective, shipping charges will not be imposed.
