We spent a lot of time developing this dish. Layers of fresh pasta, mushrooms, shallots, garlic, parsley in a mushroom flavored béchamel sauce, covered with an Asiago-breadcrumb topping. This mushroom lover’s fantasy can be prepared in a conventional oven. We must warn you, this dish could become addictive. Remember, as with all our large prepared entrees, allow to rest and settle for at least 30 minutes before serving.
