Prosciutto di Parma
*PERISHABLE* From the Parma province in Piedmont, Italy. Mild sweet tasting, great in sandwiches and antipasto platters. Goes very well with buffalo milk mozzarella, sun-dried tomatoes, sweet vinegar peppers and marinated artichokes. In Italy it is often served with ripe figs or succulent cantaloupe melons and very thin bread sticks. Try it with ripe pears, Gorgonzola cheese and a rich balsamic vinegar.
